I know there are many EFT experts who say, "It is all energy", but I disagree. It is all Light, and energy comes from Light. So when you speak of raising vibrations and releasing lower vibrations using Matrix Reimprinting, is this to do with energy or light?

Re: intuition

intuition is developed by meditation and by hereditary features.. We can call it as an alertness that is
stimulated by the soul, mind and body collectively. Remember, every one of us
is blessed with the ability to be insightful. With some easy steps, one can
develop perspective and enjoy its multiple benefits.

1. Calm feeling and pure reason leads to
intuition. Intuition can be developed by daily introspection and analysis,
exercising common sense, depth of thought, calmness, concentrated activity in
one direction, and, best of all, through meditation.

Re: intuition

Developing your intuition is like
learning any new skill. With more practice, you can get it better. Intuition is
also a means of creative self-expression, particularly in the worlds of
literature, music and art. This is finally your connection to the subconscious
mind. This is why it is amazing source of understanding, wisdom and creative
power.

Re: Taking Responsibility

Yeah - like the chocolate cake in February in Bristol! It's these turnarounds that are especially helpful to me. I enjoy her outlook usually. And I have work to do. :)

Re: Taking Responsibility

Sasha this is beautiful and thank you for your honesty and sharing your vulnerability
I have experienced this by doing the Hoffman Process which says "Everybody is Guilty, nobody is to blame
releasing me from many patterns that I learned from my parents
love and Light
Marek

Re: Taking Responsibility

Sasha, I am committing to reading this piece while Tapping for 21 days ...CLEARING ALL THE BLOCKS...Anyone want to join me? (in your own creative, unique way of course!)
Love, Love LOVE YOU SASHA!!!! WHAT A GIFT YOU ARE IN MY LIFE!

SASHA:Is there a specific wording for the "Field Clearing Technique" that you would recommend, for addressing taking 100% RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LIFE? (Or maybe I need to take responsibility for adapting the 21 day "Field Clearing Technique to this issue...SMILE) I'll work on it today. I know you have been playing around, with whether to have the affirmations in present tense, as if already happening, or future tense, when you go to sleep. What are you finding most helpful?

Re: Taking Responsibility

Thanks for your warm and enthusiastic response, Suzanne. It is great to know that you are also on this journey of taking responsibility. I agree that it stretches to what we eat also, because what we eat affects our vibration too. Every single choice we make has a consequence, be it negative or positive. I join you in making the choices that have the positive outcomes.

With love
Sasha

Re: Taking Responsibility

Thank you, Blessedbyautism, for your observations and I totally agree about sarcasm and ridicule. They mask insecurity and are socially acceptable ways of communicating about people. As self-inquirers it is really important, as you say, to be vigilant with ourselves. It takes courage not to join in with a group of people in these behaviours as there is always a part of us that wants to be accepted. Have you read "A Complaint Free World" by Will Bowen? Another great book along this theme is "Change the World" by Robert Quinn.

All the best
Sasha

Re: Taking Responsibility

Wow! Sasha, I am deeply touched by how you have responded to such a truly challenging situation, and have committed to finding ways to learn and grow and share it with others... You are truly a deep and dedicated Soul and I feel so grateful to know you. Courageous & heart inspiring!

I am dedicating 2011 to bring more awareness, clarity and choice to the following questions:

"What am I choosing to think in this moment?"
"What actions for my highest good am I choosing to do?"
"What am I choosing to eat so that I can nourish myself at every level?"

Taking more responsibility for every part of my BE*ing certainly helps my Heart 2 Sing!

Deep Love & Appreciation,
Suzanne

"CLEARING THE FEAR MAKES MORE ROOM FOR THE JOY!"
Suzanne Improvisation Lerner, PhD
San Rafael, California
Psychologist, Hypnotherapist & Advanced EFT Practitioner

Re: Taking Responsibility

Lovely observations, KW. I agree, it sometimes takes courage to raise our vibration. Our comfort zone is often a very safe place to be. Sometimes we are afraid of our own light and favour the lower vibrational states as they are more familiar. Onwards and upwards always!

Re: Taking Responsibility

What a beautiful post, and how poignant that the learning sometimes comes as the result of losing something we cherish. (Really sad to read about the separation). Such reflection and openness leads to further growth though, and further raising vibration as you say Sasha. I too have read Abraham/Hicks and find the vibrational scale incredibly helpful. It can sometimes feel like we are 'moving out of our comfort zone' leaving behind unhelpful lower end of the scale emotions that we may have felt 'safe' indulging in for a while, but once we do move up that scale, we feel all the better for the adjustment and enlightenment.

What a blessing these tools are that we have in our very hands - the miracle of EFT/Matrix!

Re: Taking Responsibility

Thank you, Blessedbyautism, for your observations and I totally agree about sarcasm and ridicule. We arrive at peace, joy and fulfillment by doing our own work rather than by another's actions. Matrix Reimprinting is a great way to get here.

I've been noticing a couple of other socially appreciated constructs lately: sarcasm and ridiculing people. I notice my own participation in these all too often. Such comments are appreciated as clever and witty in my some of my circles. I suspect, they mask a sense of superiority (which I know from my own experience is really a cover for feeling inadequacy.) It is just another flavor along the band of self-recrimination that includes blame.

Remembering to take responsibility for my thoughts, my feelings and my reactions on an on-going basis, in all situations requires constant vigilance. Thank you for sharing your own experience Sasha.
